Pause. Reflect. Acknowledge yourself.

“I’m not good enough”, “Who am I to…”, “What will people think”, “I don’t think I can do this”

Any of those crossed your mind when you have wanted to take action or step into the unknown?

Same. It came up when I wanted to start my podcast, but also as I step into coaching. Somehow I forget ALL the incredible things I had previously done. With my coaching, I have been working with a few clients and getting feedback. But, forgetting to integrate the feedback which meant the self doubt dial was LOUDER than my self belief dial. And something that helped me to turn the dial up in self belief a little bit more, enough to help me take action and build confidence as I took the action, was taking a moment to reflect and acknowledge myself for ALL the incredible things I had done before (incredible to my standards).
